Makes: 4 servings
  • 4 (8 in/20 cm) flour tortillas
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) CCB Dip Mix, prepared
  • 1 can (14 oz /398 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) grated low-fat mozzarella cheese

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C). Arrange tortillas on a Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll.
  • Spread Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip on half of each of the tortillas. Top with beans and cheese, then fold tortillas over filling.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and tortillas are starting to turn brown. Cut each quesadilla into wedges.
